is the price for the term session per child or family?

The price for the term session is per family, not per child. Siblings and grown-ups are all welcome to join in the fun!

what happens if you cannot make it to the session for any reason and have to cancel?

If, for any reason, you cannot attend the session, unfortunately, it is nonrefundable. Currently, we do not offer make-up sessions at Bloom Nature Play.

what areas do you service for hire?

Bloom Nature Play Hire provides services for the entire Cypress Area and some surrounding areas. We are a fully functional pop-up sensory play experience.

do i need to pay a deposit?

For term bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking, and these payments are non-refundable.

Bloom Nature Play Hire requires a 30% deposit on bookings, and the balance is payable 21 days prior to the party and/or event date. The deposit is non-refundable as we secure the date exclusively for you.
Hire payments are to be made by bank deposit only.

what do i need to bring to the session?

Don't forget to bring a hat for both grown-up and child, sunscreen, water bottles, and a change of clothes. We highly recommend a silicone bib, which is the perfect solution for keeping your little one clean during the sensory play session. Protect their clothes from big messes during playtime. You can direct message us for recommendations.

what happens if it rains during a session or event?

As per our terms and conditions, if Carlie has to cancel a session due to weather, the session will be rescheduled for the following week.

For event bookings, please note that our setup will proceed even if the weather is not ideal, as stated in our email communication. The location's weather dependence is the responsibility of the event holder.

where can the events be held?

We can host events at various locations, including weddings, birthdays, kindergartens, schools, daycares, parks/land, or private properties. It is the event holder's responsibility to acquire any necessary permits for the chosen location. All fines incurred will be passed on to the event holder.
